If for security reasons you need to freeze your card, we'll block all payments that we can – so you won't be able to use your card in most situations. If you’ve frozen your card and see any unusual activity, please get in touch with us so we can investigate it immediately. You can freeze your card by heading to the GBP Wallet tab and tapping on your card, which should make the card flip around. Then simply tap the snowflake icon.
