How do I send crypto?

You can also withdraw your crypto assets by transferring them to an external crypto wallet. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Head to your Smartfolio and tap your Crypto Wallet tab.
2. Tap Send under the currency you wish to transfer.
3. You will be asked to select whether you would like to send the funds to a contact or to an external wallet address.

If you wish to send the crypto to an external wallet address, please carefully enter the recipient's wallet address or scan a wallet address QR code. You will then be asked to enter an amount or tap the Send Max button before confirming the transaction.

If instead you wish to send the funds to one of your contacts, please select the contact from the list, enter the amount that you wish to transfer or tap the Send Max button then confirm the transaction.

Please be aware that once the funds are sent, they cannot be refunded or returned to your address by Zumo. Therefore, please double check your chosen wallet address before completing the transfer
