How do I withdraw crypto from my wallet?

You can withdraw your crypto assets by transferring them to an external crypto wallet. To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Head to your Smartfolio and tap your Crypto Wallet tab.
2. Tap Send under the currency you wish to transfer.
3. Select Send to External Address and paste or enter the destination wallet address or scan the wallet QR code and tap 'Next'. Please make sure that you enter the correct address before you continue.
4. Enter the amount that you wish to transfer.
5. You'll see the transaction details and fees involved. If you are happy to proceed, just tap 'Send'

If you wish to withdraw your crypto via your linked account, you must exchange your crypto for GBP first. You can do this by hitting the Sell button on the appropriate currency tab on the Home screen.

Additional note in relation to Bitcoin SV (BSV): BSV is not currently tradeable into pound sterling (GBP) via the Zumo app. You may either exchange your BSV for one of the other cryptocurrencies supported by the Zumo app (BTC or ETH) or else withdraw your BSV by sending it to an external crypto wallet that supports the BSV cryptocurrency by following the steps outlined above.
