To add crypto directly to your wallet, you will need to transfer it in from an external wallet. You can find your Zumo wallet receive addresses by tapping on Smartfolio > Crypto Wallet > Zumo Infinite > Show wallet address (you will need to do this for the individual cryptocurrency you wish to transfer). You will then see a QR code that can be scanned to share your receiving address (the string of numbers and letters that make up your wallet address - the details for where to send your externally held crypto) as well as a clipboard icon to copy and paste it. Please note: transactions from (and to) external cryptocurrency wallets are handled solely via the Zumo Infinite self-custody wallet (and not Zumo Trade). If you have external crypto funds you would like to transfer in, and you do not yet have a Zumo Infinite wallet, you will need to set it up from within the Zumo app first. If you don't have any crypto yet, you can use your pound balance in the Zumo app to make an exchange; or alternatively you can also request crypto from another Zumo user. |
