If you cannot log in to your Zumo wallet, try resetting your password with your Backup Phrase.
Open the app and tap on the "Sign in" button then on the "Unlock wallet with Backup Phrase" tab. Enter your Backup Phrase (please note that this is case sensitive and there should be a space between each word) and then set a new password.
Please note that if you have lost or forgotten your Backup Phrase, there is no way to reset your password and you will lose access to your funds. Therefore, please ensure that you keep your Backup Phrase safe and secure at all times.
