If you have forgotten the passcode to log in to the Zumo app, please contact customer support, who will reset your passcode for you.
If you've forgotten your password (used to access the Zumo Infinite wallet for those customers who have activated it; or to log in to the app for non-UK users), try resetting your password with your backup phrase.
1. Tap on Smartfolio from your app home screen
2. Tap on Zumo Infinite
3. Tap on Send
4. You will be prompted to enter your Zumo Infinite password to continue (NB: you will only be asked for this password once, the first time you log into Zumo after updating your Zumo app)
5. As you do not know your password, tap on the ‘Unlock wallet with backup phrase’ button located directly beneath.
6. Enter your backup phrase
7. Choose and confirm a new password
Note: the above steps apply to UK-based customers only; for customers outside of the UK, you will be able to reset your password when you log in. When you get the prompt to enter your password, you will see the same button - 'unlock with backup phrase' - beneath, which you can use to enter your backup phrase and set a new password.
