My password is not recognised, what do I do?

You can easily reset your password using your backup phrase.

After opening the Zumo app, tap on the "Sign in" tab. Then tap on "Unlock wallet with Backup Phrase". Enter your backup phrase (please note that this is case sensitive and there should be a space between each word) and then you will be able to set a new password.

Please note that if you have lost or forgotten your Backup Phrase, there is no way to reset your password and you will lose access to your funds. Therefore, please ensure that you keep your Backup Phrase safe and secure at all times.
