What will happen if I don't set a memorable word?

Unfortunately, any future online card payments will be declined until such a time as you have set your SCA memorable word on the Zumo App. To avoid this, simply log in to the app and head to your virtual card section to get set up.

Please note that no-one at Zumo will ever ask you to reveal this word or any other password.
