We're introducing Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to add an extra layer of security to online payments and protect you from fraud. SCA is a regulation that promotes better authentication of online payments. This means that when you subscribe to our Zumo Virtual Card, you'll be prompted to set a memorable word. Once you've registered your memorable word, you may be requested to enter it whenever you use your Zumo Virtual card to make an online payment. This is to ensure that it is you and only you who are making this payment. If you're already subscribed to our Zumo Virtual Card, the next time you log in to the app, you'll be asked to set an SCA memorable word to continue to use your Virtual Card as usual. It's very important you do this, as without setting SCA your online card payments will be declined.
