If you cannot access your Zumo wallet, try resetting your password with your Backup Phrase 🔑.
Tap on "I already have an account" then on "Unlock wallet with Backup Phrase". Enter your backup phrase (please note that this is case sensitive and there should be a space between each word) and then you will be able to set a new password.
Please note that if you have lost or forgotten your Backup Phrase, there is unfortunately no way to reset your password and you will lose access to your funds. Therefore please ensure that you keep your Backup Phrase safe and secure at all times.
