How do I exchange assets?

You can exchange currencies simply by tapping the Buy or Sell buttons under any of the currencies displayed on the app home screen or by heading to Exchange on the navigation bar and selecting the currency that you wish to exchange. Once you have made your choice, you can tap the Buy or Sell buttons to trade.

You'll then be able to input the exchange amount and request a price quote. You can also use the Max button to exchange your whole balance.

You can then accept your price quote by tapping 'Confirm Exchange' or decline it by tapping 'Reject'. If you accept the quote, you'll see an exchange confirmation containing the transaction details plus all associated fees.

* Please note: all crypto trading (buy/sell/exchange) is handled solely via the Zumo Trade wallet. If you have funds in your Zumo Infinite wallet and would like to make a crypto exchange/purchase, you will need to first either (a) transfer your desired trading amount from your Zumo Infinite wallet to your Zumo Trade wallet (incurring a blockchain fee) or (b) top up your Zumo Trade wallet with the necessary funds by loading GBP from your linked bank account (free). Zumo Trade is available to UK customers only.
