What happens if I have insufficient funds to pay for Zumo service?

If you have insufficient funds to pay for your subscription, Zumo will send you a notification and give you 24 hours to transfer the total amount to cover your subscription.

If you don't top up your account within that time frame, Zumo will temporarily freeze ❄ your card until you have topped up your account and paid for your subscription.
