How do I pay for Zumo service?

Once you sign up for our Zumo Debit Card 💳 you'll be presented with several subscription options.

You will be charged the subscription fee up front for the selected period (monthly or annual), but the subscription won't begin until you activate your card. Virtual cards don't require activation, so your subscription will start immediately. For the Zumo Debit card, your subscription will begin when you activate the card.

The next payment will be taken at monthly or annual intervals (depending on the selected period) starting from when the subscription was first activated.

Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Zumo wallet to cover your subscription. If you have insufficient funds, your account will be temporarily frozen.
