What happens if my balance goes negative?

In the unlikely situation that your account balance is negative, top up your Zumo account immediately by transferring the money from your connected bank account or by exchanging some of your cryptocurrency into GBP.

Zumo will let you know if your account balance is negative and will give you 24 hrs to top up your account. After the 24 hours are over, we'll put a temporary hold on your account until you repay any negative balance owed.
