What if I forget my Zumo Infinite back-up phrase?

When you set up a Wallet on the App, you will be provided with a backup phrase for the Wallet. It is very important that you keep this safe and secure and do not disclose it to anyone. Unlike passwords for other applications, we do not hold your backup phrase and are unable to reset the backup phrase if you forget or lose it. Losing or forgetting your backup phrase can have serious consequences, as we will not be able to restore access to your Wallet or the Bitcoin or Ether held within it.
