What steps do I need to take to withdraw my funds?

Your Zumo wallet is non custodial, therefore you have two options to withdraw your funds. 

Option 1: Using your back-up phrase (alias private key). 

Using your back-up phrase, you can access your fund from any other non-custodial wallet. 

You can find the back-up phrase by going to the profile section on the app, tapping on 'Security', entering your app passcode and tapping on 'Zumo Infinite Wallet Backup Phrase'

Option 2: You can withdraw your cryptoassets by transferring them to an external wallet following the steps below.

1. Tap on the 'Send' button in the navigation bar.

2. Choose ‘External wallet address’ as the destination of your funds.

3. Choose 'Zumo Infinite' as the wallet you would like to withdraw the funds from.

4. Enter the transaction details (external wallet address, transaction purpose and required details, cryptocurrency, transaction speed and amount) and confirm. You can tap the 'Max' button to withdraw your balance in full.
