Why is the Zumo app being discontinued?

This decision stems from challenges that have arisen beyond our control. Despite our best efforts, we have faced increasing difficulties with app store policies that affect our ability to update and maintain the Zumo app globally. Unfortunately, these circumstances limit our ability to provide you with the continuous innovation and service quality you expect and deserve.

What this means for you:

• The Zumo app will be deactivated in your country starting October 2024 and will no longer be available in app stores.
• You can continue to use the app as usual until then and manage your assets by transferring them to another non-custodial wallet of your choice.
• Even after the app is discontinued, you will be able to access your crypto from any non-custodial wallet using your backup phrase.
