If you're in the UK, and already have a Zumo account, you can set up the passcode to manage access to your Zumo app by following these steps: 1. Upgrade your Zumo app to the latest version (5.0) by visiting the Apple App or Google Play app store 2. Open your newly updated app 3. Tap ‘I already have an account’ on the Zumo welcome screen 4. Enter your registered email address 5. Click on the magic link we send to your email 6. Enter your Zumo password 7. When prompted, enter and confirm a new 6-digit passcode 8. Set up your biometrics (optional) 9. You'll be taken through to the app home screen and you're good to go! You will now use the 6-digit passcode you just set up whenever you want to log in to the Zumo app. |
