How do I withdraw Crypto from my wallet?

Please note: transactions to (and from) external cryptocurrency wallets are handled solely via the Zumo Infinite self-custody wallet. If you have funds in your Zumo Trade wallet you would like to send externally, you will first need to transfer your crypto from your Zumo Trade into your Zumo Infinite wallet, and then initiate an external transfer. If you do not yet have a Zumo Infinite wallet, you will need to set it up from within the Zumo app first.

Otherwise, send funds to an external wallet by following the steps below:

1. From the navigation bar, tap on the 'Send' icon

2. Select the ‘External wallet’ option

3. Choose Zumo Infinite as the wallet you would like to send from

4. Enter your transaction details (external wallet address, cryptocurrency, transaction speed, amount) and confirm

If you like, you can also initiate the transaction from the Zumo Infinite wallet screen:
