How to send crypto?

You have three main options for sending money with Zumo: sending to a contact (someone in your Zumo contact list); sending to an external crypto wallet; and transferring between your Trade and Infinite accounts.

Sending money to a fellow Zumo user using your Trade wallet is 100% free. Send money to a Zumo contact by selecting ‘Send to a contact’ using the ‘Send’ option within your Zumo Trade wallet. You can also send to contacts from your Infinite wallet - in this case, as you are conducting the transaction ‘on-chain’ (recorded on the blockchain), you will need to pay a blockchain transaction processing fee. This is not a Zumo fee, but rather a fee everyone pays to utilise a particular blockchain network.

To send money between your Trade and Infinite accounts, choose ‘Transfer between accounts’ when selecting the ‘Send’ option from within either your Trade or Infinite wallet, and follow the on-screen steps. Zumo does not charge to make this sort of transfer, but again you will need to pay a blockchain transaction processing fee.

Finally, you can send funds to an external wallet address using your Zumo Infinite wallet (please note that, if your funds are currently in your Trade wallet, you will need to send them to your Zumo Infinite wallet before you can send them to an external wallet). To select the external send option, pick ‘Send to External Address’ using the ‘Send’ button within your Zumo Infinite wallet. As with other send transactions, you will incur a blockchain network fee in making a withdrawal.
