If you've forgotten your passcode, please contact customer support and we will reset it for you, meaning you won't lose access to your GBP assets or any crypto assets held in your Zumo Trade custodial wallet.
However, please be aware that if you've forgotten both your password and your backup phrase, you won't be able to regain access to any assets held in your Zumo Infinite wallet. As a non-custodial wallet, you are the only one with personal access to your Zumo Infinite wallet: for your security, Zumo does not store any of your Zumo Infinite access credentials and therefore unfortunately we are unable to help you recover either your password or your backup phrase.
