How do I set up a passcode?

When you set up a new account with Zumo, you'll be asked to choose a 6-digit passcode. This, together with your magic link, is what you need to log in to your account. Set up your account and passcode by completing the following steps:

1. Download the Zumo App from the Apple App or Google Play app store

2. Tap on ‘I’m new here’

3. Tap on the ‘Create an account’ button

4. Read T&Cs and accept

5. Choose a Zumo username

6. Enter your email address

7. Click on the magic link that arrives in your email inbox

8. Set your notification preferences

9. Enter and confirm your 6-digit passcode

10. Set up your biometrics (optional)

11. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your wallet set-up process
